Engagements

We build the program, deliver it to your people, and keep it current.

One relationship with four parts. You can start at the assessment and stop there — the gap report is yours either way.

00 · Compliance assessment

$2,500 – $4,000. Half credits toward implementation if you engage us within 60 days.

We review what you currently have against § 6401.9 and the current regulatory text, walk one site, interview supervisors, and deliver a written gap report with prioritised fixes and a remediation timeline.

It is priced and delivered the same whatever we find, and the report is yours to take to any provider. We would rather you fix the gaps with someone else than not know about them.

01 · Site-specific plan

$7,500 – $20,000, depending on headcount, number of work areas and whether your crews are mobile.

  • Hazard assessment by work area and operation, done on site — which is what “site-specific” legally means
  • Named administrative responsibility, with roles described where responsibility is split
  • Reporting procedures including an anonymous channel, and a route around a supervisor who is the subject of a report
  • Emergency response, investigation and post-incident procedures that are actually workable at your sites
  • The violent incident log, live in the platform — correct field set, retention clock, redaction rules and export. Not a blank spreadsheet
  • A records system mapped to every retention period, with the fifteen-day employee access procedure
  • Multi-employer coordination language if you work as a subcontractor on others’ sites

02 · Training, delivered on your site

Included in the plan engagement. Additional sites or sessions priced per visit.

The statute requires training that is interactive and tied to your actual plan, with live question-and-answer. We come to you.

  • We walk the site and document the hazards with your people present
  • We interview supervisors and crew — which also satisfies the employee-involvement requirement you cannot meet without it
  • We deliver the training in person, including the threat-recognition, de-escalation and emergency-response content the rule calls for
  • We stand up the log and records system in front of whoever will maintain them
  • We leave the documentation behind: roster with trainer qualifications and attendee job titles, hazard inspection records, consultation record

Delivered in English and Spanish

The rule requires training suited to the language of your employees. For most field-crew employers in California, English-only delivery is a defect in the training element no matter how good the written plan is.

03 · Platform, annual review and monitoring

$500 – $1,500 a month. This is the part that keeps you compliant rather than compliant once.

  • Annual documented plan review, with the employee involvement it requires
  • Annual interactive training delivered live, including anyone hired since the last session
  • Log review and a records check against every retention clock — run from the system, not reconstructed
  • A named person available to answer your employees’ questions about the plan, which the statute obliges you to have and most employers cannot staff internally
  • Incident support: the post-incident procedure, the debriefing, the log entry
  • Continuous regulatory monitoring — and the plan revision and re-training when the standard changes

Why this is not an upsell

The law makes it recurring, not us.

Training is required annually. The plan must be reviewed annually, after every incident, and whenever a deficiency appears — documented each time. Records run on five-year clocks somebody has to maintain. And a knowledgeable person has to be available to your employees year-round.

You have those obligations whether or not you retain anyone. The question is only whether they get done.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell templates. A template is what most employers already have, and a generic plan fails on the text of the rule itself
  • We do not give legal advice. We are not a law firm. We provide compliance support and refer legal questions to employment counsel — and we are happy to work alongside yours
  • We do not investigate individuals for a fee. We help you run your own post-incident procedure; assessing a named person is a different service with different licensing, and it is not ours

Start with the assessment

Fixed price, written gap report, no obligation to continue. It is the cheapest way to find out whether you have a problem.
